CLEVOCENTER guarantees to consumers the absence of manufacturing defects during the period of 2 years from the purchase date. Before buying one of our laptops we recommend reading the general warranty conditions.
WARRANTY | CONSUMER INFORMATION
Products found to be defective during the warranty period, are entitled to be repaired or replaced with an item of equal or better value.

All Products being returned under warranty must have been issued with a valid RMA number. Any products received by us without a valid RMA number will be rejected and returned to sender.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the products arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party (e.g. not using a surge protector), use otherwise than as recommended by CLEVOCENTER or the manufacturer (e.g. in an unventilated/hot or dusty environment), failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the manufacturer’s approval.
Unless otherwise stated, all LCD/LED panels should be considered as class 2, which comply with ISO ISO-9241-302, 303, 305, 307:2008 pixel defects. Dead pixels on LCD/LED panels are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions. CLEVOCENTER do not guarantee that you will receive a replacement screen should your screen develop one or more dead pixels.
CLEVOCENTER cannot be held responsible for loss of data, or need to remind the customer about backing up his data.
Data is customer’s responsibility and he should take all necessary precautions to reinstate if a loss occurs. It is possible that hard drives and/or solid state drives may be formatted or replaced when returned under warranty regardless of any correspondence stating otherwise.
Laptop batteries and transformers come with a maximum 1 year warranty, regardless of which warranty option is purchased.
If there is an attempt to repair by a third party a product purchased in CLEVOCENTER the warranty will be voided.
If you have any problem or detect any faults in one of our products contact CLEVOCENTER for advice and, if necessary, to obtain a valid RMA number for the shipping process for repair.
In the event of any software or hardware failure, CLEVOCENTER cannot be held liable for the replacement, reinstallation or compensation of any software that is lost, damaged or corrupted.
Our support and warranty conditions do not include any type of software related assistance.
The customer is totally responsible for the operating system and any software he decides to install.
Delivery times stated are strict and only vary under very exceptional circumstances. The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer within the order.
The order will be dealt with as soon as possible after order confirmation, except in exceptional circumstances, in which the customer will be informed immediately.
On receipt of the parcel customer must make sure that himself or authorized third party is available to sign his delivery. When accepting delivery, you should inspect each handling unit for visible signs of damage. In the event of damage to the packaging customer may refuse delivery and sign the packaging as damaged.
The consumer may cancel the order purchase contract without customization, within a maximum period of 14 days after the date of receipt of the products. The cancellation of the contract must be notified via durable medium (email/ letter), always indicating the respective order number.
In case of contract cancellation, the product must be returned immediately to CLEVOCENTER in the exact conditions in which it was received, without any sign of use and at the customer’s own cost and risk. The customer has the legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in his possession.
Once the cancelled product(s) are received by CLEVOCENTER, we will refund your debit or credit card or issue a check or bank transfer for the full amount paid within 30 days, except in the case of defective or missing products.
If the products are not return as required, CLEVOCENTER may charge the customer a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the products.
All original items delivered must be returned with the refund request.
Any software or consumable products that have been unsealed or activated do not have the right of cancellation and will not be refunded.
